During the Covid-19 environment what steps are you taking to keep guest safe?

During this time, we are taking extra steps and precautions to keep our guest safe. All our staff wear face masks and gloves, we have enhanced cleaning procedures, we will individually package items upon request, we offer contactless delivery and pickup along with individually wrapped cutlery.

All entrees are served with Fazoli’s signature garlic breadsticks and include serving utensils, plates, napkins, flatware and cups. Chafing racks and sternos are available for an additional cost.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend you place your order 12 hours in advance, but shorter times can be accommodated. For orders under 12 hours’ notice we recommend contacting your local Fazoli’s restaurant directly. You can also place your order up to 6 months in advance of your event date.

How do I place my catering order?

You can order online, or you can call your local Fazoli’s and our catering specialist will be happy to assist you.

Can I pick up my catering order?

Yes, we offer both pick-up and delivery options.

What size groups can you cater for?

Whether you need to feed a few or a few hundred, we’ve got you covered. We recommend placing orders online for groups of 10 or more. For larger groups over 100 call your local Fazoli’s restaurant.

When is it appropriate to add chafing dishes and sternos to a catering order?

For events where there is an extended amount of time between delivery/setup and service we recommend adding chafing dishes and sternos to your order to maintain food temperature. Chafing dishes and sternos are also great when you want an elevated level of presentation.
